- Any other service not clearly specified in the itinerary
Cancellations
- All cancellations are subject to charges and subject to cancellation terms of the suppliers involved in the service
- If the client cancels 21 days before service is due a 20% penalty will be applied in order to compensate the holding of that date
- Cancellation 15 days before the service is due, has a penalty of 30%
- Cancellation 7 days before applies a 50% penalty
- Cancellation within 48 hrs before service is due applies a 100% charge

We are not responsible for any traffic, social event, natural disaster or weather conditions that may affect the service totally or partially
FREEDOM TOURS & CHARTERS declares to have the permits and insurance related to the provision of the service in the State of California.

FREEDOM TOURS & CHARTERS is not responsible for natural acts, social, political or religious events nor for mechanical faults that are beyond our control, and may interrupt, obstruct or prevent the development of the route, or by events or circumstances that endangers the integrity of the passenger and our staff, by what we are not responsible for reimbursement total or partial, by circumstances or events out of our control that prevent us from total or partially perform the services.
