•Transportation is on air conditioned vehicles according to the number of passengers in your party (sedan, van or coach)

•Lodging rates
•Tips to guides and drivers are not included
•Food and beverages
•Any other service not clearly specified in the itinerary
Fees & Surcharges:
- A 5% fuel surcharge will be added to each booking to compensate the increase of fuel cost
- A 15% mandatory gratuity will be added as well to the price as a result of the impact of Covid-19 and inflation cost
Cancellations
•All cancellations are subject to charges and subject to cancellation terms of the suppliers involved in the service
•Cancellation 30 days before the service is due, NO cancellations fees applies, you will be refunded in full minus a 5% processing fee.
•If the client cancels 29 days before service is due, a 20% penalty will be applied in order to compensate the holding of that date
•Cancellation 15 days before the service is due has a penalty of 30%
•Cancellation 7 days before applies a 50% penalty
•Cancellation within 48 hours before service is due applies a 100% charge.
•Cancellations for LAX and Cruise Ship Layovers due to flight or cruise delays within 12 hours before service is due applies a 30% of charge, No Shows with out previous advise applies 100% of charge.

We are not responsible for any traffic, social event, natural disaster or weather conditions that may affect the service totally or partially
FREEDOM TOURS & CHARTERS declares to have the permits and insurance related with the provision of transportation services in the State of California. We are fully licensed & insured, and our insurance complies with the state & federal regulations for auto and general liability and it is solely and completely related to the provision of transportation, therefore we are not responsable for any other circumstances that are not related with the main nature of our services, which is transportation.

FREEDOM TOURS & CHARTERS is not responsible for natural acts, social, political or religious events nor for mechanical faults that are beyond our control, and may interrupt, obstruct or prevent the development of the route, or by events or circumstances that endanger the integrity of the passenger and our staff, by what we are not responsible for reimbursement total or partial, by circumstances or events out & beyond our control that prevent us from totally or partially performing the services.

By booking you agree with these conditions and release Freedom Tours & Charters from any responsibility of property loss, death, damage or body injures derived from these activities.
